Our core food-handler and alcohol courses are ANSI-accredited and accepted in all US states that require training. For states with extra local requirements (e.g., certain Arizona and Texas counties), we link learners to the correct supplemental module inside the course.

It varies by course and state. Food Handler is typically 3 years; Food Manager is 5 years; Alcohol Safety is 2-3 years; Sexual Harassment training is annual or biennial. Every certificate shows its exact expiration date.

Learners get an email reminder 30 days before expiration. Renewal is a quick refresher plus the final exam — usually under an hour.

Digital PDFs are delivered instantly and are accepted by all state health departments. For Food Manager, we also ship a physical certificate at no extra cost.

You buy seats — each seat covers one learner for one course. Unused seats roll over. Volume discounts kick in automatically at 10, 25, 50, and 100 seats.

Yes. Add seats any time from your dashboard. Volume pricing adjusts retroactively so you never pay more per seat than your total volume deserves.

Yes. Unused seats are fully refundable within 60 days. Completed courses are not refundable because the certificate has been issued — but you can transfer unused seats between employees free of charge.
